Shipping & Delivery

Orders are generally dispatched within 2–5 business days after receipt of payment. Dispatch times may vary during periods of high order volume.

All shipments are sent via FedEx with tracking. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email so you can monitor your delivery online. Deliveries are usually made without signature, unless required by FedEx or local regulations.

Shipping fees include handling, packing, and postage costs. We recommend placing all desired items in a single order, as separate orders cannot be combined and may be shipped individually.

All packages are carefully packed in sturdy cardboard boxes to ensure your items are well protected during transit.

We ship our products to customers worldwide. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs procedures, and local courier conditions.


International Delivery – Duties and Taxes

United States (USA)

Orders shipped to the United States are delivered without customs duties or import taxes for the customer.
No additional customs fees are charged upon delivery for U.S. customers.


European Union (EU)

Orders shipped within the European Union are handled in accordance with applicable EU tax regulations.
No customs duties apply within the EU.


Countries Outside the European Union (excluding the USA)

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees that may be charged by the destination country upon delivery.
