On the evening of April 20th, 2024 I ordered my license plates, black background but didn't realize I accidentally ordered white lettering. The next morning 04/21/2024 I emailed the company.
I almost immediately got a response that I made it on time for the change the lettering to yellow. Production was notified and the change had been made. The plate arrived with white lettering. I can not use them.
The quality of the plates were excellent. No way to tell that we're not original. Very good work but wrong color lettering.

It’s so beautiful, I like it so much. But the fee delivery you charge me 2 times but you just sent 1 time. I order two time but written note sent them together. But auto charges me 2 times fee delivery. If you charge me 2 times fee you should sent me two times ok. This is not good for service.
