Shipping Methods

  • Within Germany: Shipping is handled by DHL.

  • Outside Germany: Shipping is exclusively handled by DHL Express.

USA & Canada

  • Shipping cost: 34 USD.

  • Delivery time: approx. 4–7 business days.

  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import charges.

European Union

  • Shipping cost: approx. 18–20 USD (exact rates are shown at checkout).

  • Delivery time: approx. 3–5 business days.

Rest of the World

  • Shipping cost depends on the destination and the service selected at checkout.

  • Delivery time: approx. 4–7 business days.

  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import charges.

General Information

  • All packages are carefully packed to ensure your items are well protected.

  • Shipping fees include handling, packaging, and transportation.

  • We can combine orders if the package has not yet been shipped and if the customer informs us in time that another order has been placed. Please note: During periods of high order volume, we cannot automatically detect additional orders from the same customer.

  • Delivery times may be extended due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., customs clearance, public holidays, strikes).
